1. Delivery Time
Standard Delivery: Minimum 1 day to Maximum 3 days in Despatch.
Delivery time may vary depending on your location, order size, and product type.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM are usually processed on the same day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed the next working day.
2. Order Processing
Orders are confirmed once full payment is received.
Custom print orders (DTF prints or transfers) are prepared and shipped after design approval.
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.
3. Delivery Partners
We use trusted courier services such as DTDC, Professional Couriers, Delhivery, and India Post to ensure fast and secure delivery. For local areas, same-day delivery options may be available through local logistics.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight.
Free shipping may be offered for bulk or promotional orders (as announced on our website).
5. Delays and Exceptions
While we strive to meet the delivery timeline of 1–3 days, delays may occur due to:
Unforeseen courier issues
Weather conditions
Remote or non-serviceable locations
Large or customized print orders
We will inform you promptly in case of any expected delay.
6. Damage or Missing Items
Please check your package upon delivery.
If you receive damaged or missing items, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with pictures or video proof.
Claims made after 24 hours may not be eligible for replacement.
