At Printbank, we take pride in delivering top-quality prints and materials. Each order is custom-made with care to meet your specific requirements. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
We encourage all customers to review their design files, quantities, and specifications before placing an order. Once printing has started, we cannot make changes or cancel the order.
Since all our products are custom-printed, we do not accept returns unless the product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Provide your order number, photos of the issue, and a short description of the problem.
Our team will review your case and, if eligible, arrange for a replacement or refund.
Refunds are issued only if:
The product is proven to be defective or incorrect.
The order was cancelled before printing started.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
We cannot offer refunds for:
Customer design errors (e.g., wrong size, wrong file, low-quality image).
Colour variations due to screen-to-print differences.
Delays caused by courier or third-party shipping services.
If a return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product. Please do not send items back without prior approval.
